∎ BBA/ MBA/ Graduation in Sales & Marketing.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Corporate Sales:
∎ To achieve the sales targets set by the company.
∎ To follow the procedures and guidelines as set by the company.
∎ Assist in the preparation and display of vehicle in stock.
∎ Step out of office, visit corporates and individual and mature sales.
∎ Arranging outside visits and vehicle displays at customer premises.
∎ Showroom Sales:
∎ Ensure that customers are welcome into the showroom and find out customers' requirements and needs. Provide customers with necessary information.
∎ Help customers decide which models best suit their needs and point out desirable features of the vehicle which may fulfil their needs.
∎ Listening to customer's feedback about our products, listing complaints and inform the concerned department.
∎ General:
∎ Maintain relationship with customers, regular liaison with existing and potential customers through meetings, couriers and email.
∎ Aim not only to meet targets but also to exceed targets.
∎ Keep records of past sales and set new targets.
∎ Contact customers after the completion of sale regarding their satisfaction and car performance.
∎ Prepare sales call reports.
∎ Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
∎ Liaise with HR, IT, commercial, marketing, workshop, logistics, accounts and finance department and involve in teamwork for the benefit of the company.
∎ Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
∎ Must have general knowledge of computers, operate MS Office effectively.
∎ Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Responsible for any other job assigned by the management.
