Job Context:
∎ HRC, a leading blue chip conglomerate of Bangladesh, invites applications from experienced, energetic, self motivated & dynamic professional for the post of "Head of Marketing" for its Tea Division.
∎ Planning / handling experience of Tea sale & marketing : YES
∎ JOB LOCATION : Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet, Chandpur, Sunamganj , Moulvibazar, Rangpur & Bogura.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, direct & control the respective divisional sales staffs to meet the progress of sales target achievement.
∎ Achieve sales target by forecasting and developing annual / monthly sale plan for area wise projecting expected sales volume for products.
∎ Ensuring & searching & appointing new distributor for gap markets.
∎ Visit frequently distributor point & markets and solve trade queries, problems, ensure optimum level of stocks at all times & effectively
∎ Confirming timely attendance of all DSM, Regional Manager, TSS & ASO/AFO.
∎ Ensure to achieve the primary & secondary sale target through distribution, productivity, coverage, visibility & merchandising.
∎ Organize monthly meeting, give sales feedback, prepare market observation report & set individual ASO wise target.
∎ Achieve organizational goal by achieving month to month given target through sincere effort & leadership skills.
∎ Motivating all DSM, Regional Manager, TSS & ASO/AFO for achieving target & monitor and evaluate daily target & achievement.
∎ Monitor different promotional offer & trade offer.
∎ Closely observe competitors activities & report to the Management.
∎ Confirm timely product delivery to distributor points & daily monitor field force.
∎ Prepare daily /weekly/ monthly report and submit to the concerned authority on a regular basis.
∎ To achieve any other goal that set up by the Management.
∎ Any other tasks as & when assigned by Management.
∎ Directly reportable to the Top Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure maintaining highly positive attitude.
∎ The applicant should have experience in Tea sale & marketing.
∎ Minimum 8 to 10 years experience in reputed tea sale & marketing company. The applicants should have minimum 5 years experience in Head of Marketing position in the reputed tea marketing company.
