Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conceptualizing and implementing the marketing strategy & plan in alignment with business objectives.
∎ Designing, planning, and executing effective marketing campaigns in line with the marketing strategy, and establishing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
∎ Leading the overall brand's financial planning, developing plans and forecasts that drive growth and achieve profit objectives for the brand.
∎ Sourcing and managing agencies for key marketing functions, such as PR, advertising, media, social, and digital, to leverage specialized expertise and amplify marketing efforts.
∎ Creating content strategies based on business objectives, category focus, and audience segments across all marketing channels, including online, offline, and social platforms.· Building a high-performing marketing team and ensuring effective coordination with other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business activities.
∎ Managing and reviewing the marketing budget to allocate resources effectively and ensure optimal ROI on marketing investments.
∎ Staying updated on market trends and competitor strategies, conducting market research, and gathering insights to inform marketing decisions and stay ahead in the industry.
∎ Should have skills in preparing and presenting reports of ongoing activities and future business planning (including audio-visual presentation).
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the higher authority from time to time.
