∎ Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field

∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the marketing and communication for the business.
∎ Responsible to develop marketing and communication strategic roadmap for the products and services by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the results.
∎ Responsible for collaborating with sales/acquisition, merchant management and product team for preparing of business plans in relation to branding, marketing, communication and engagement.
∎ Responsible for coordination and regularly follow-up with the in-house and/or external marketing agencies for timely execution of the marketing plans.
∎ Working with sales/acquisition and merchant management team to develop strategies to maximize acquisition numbers, revenue, profits and increase market share through proper engagement.
∎ Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including marketing expenditures, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections for marketing spending.
∎ Generate marketing and communication ideas to develop successful campaign(s) which includes but not limited to ATL, BTL and Digital media.
∎ Lead the execution of the campaigns from inception to final outcome.
∎ Establish SOPs and KPIs for marketing operations and follow-up with regular monitoring and reporting.
∎ Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-term goals for the organization.
∎ Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
∎ Build awareness, increase engagement and improve the branding of organization and product through rational PR activities.
∎ Conduct different types of market researches to bring in-depth knowledge and understanding to the team on the market status, target group and anticipate future demands.
∎ Responsible for competitor analysis and stay up-to-date with competitions' marketing plans and communication strategies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum Ten (10) to Twelve (12) years' experience in relevant field (e.g., Fintech Industry).
∎ Skills / Knowledge:
∎ Highly experience in winning marketing team
∎ Coaching and subordinate involvement
∎ Self-motivated yet customer-focused
∎ Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
∎ Able to develop budgets and set targets
∎ Familiar with financial planning and strategy
∎ Good analytical, planning and coordination skill
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Sound technical knowledge
∎ Excellent command over English and professional writing skills
∎ Good knowledge in MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email.
