300 Limited, the parent company of KHANA'S, one of Bangladesh's growing fast-food restaurant chains with 23 outlets nationwide, is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Head of Marketing & Sales. The Head of Marketing & Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing, branding, customer acquisition, sales growth, and customer engagement initiatives across all KHANA'S outlets. The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, digital marketing expertise, and a proven track record in driving business growth in the restaurant, FMCG, or hospitality sector.
Strategic Planning & Business Growth:
Develop and implement annual sales and marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and revenue targets. Prepare revenue growth plans, promotional calendars, and expansion support strategies. Establish measurable KPIs and performance targets for marketing and sales teams. Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Lead brand positioning initiatives and long-term business growth strategies.
Sales Leadership & Revenue Management:
Drive outlet-wise and company-wide sales growth across all KHANA'S locations. Design and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans to achieve revenue objectives. Develop customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs. Identify new market opportunities, corporate sales channels, strategic partnerships, and catering opportunities. Analyze sales performance and implement corrective actions to optimize results. Lead sales campaigns, promotional activities, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
Brand Management & Marketing Communications:
Strengthen KHANA'S brand awareness and market presence nationwide. Ensure consistency of brand identity across all outlets and communication channels. Develop and execute ATL, BTL, and TTL marketing campaigns. Plan and manage product launches, promotional offers, and brand activation programs. Build and maintain strong relationships with media, agencies, influencers, and strategic partners.
Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement:
Lead and oversee digital marketing initiatives across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, SEO, and local search platforms. Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
Increase customer engagement, online ordering, app downloads, and loyalty program participation. Utilize data-driven insights to improve marketing effectiveness and customer acquisition. Develop customer service standards and customer satisfaction initiatives. Monitor customer feedback across social media, delivery platforms, and direct communication channels. Ensure prompt and professional resolution of customer complaints and concerns. Implement CRM and loyalty programs to enhance customer retention and lifetime value. Continuously improve guest experience across all KHANA'S outlets.
Market Research & Business Development:
Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, emerging food trends, and business opportunities. Analyze competitor pricing, promotions, and customer engagement strategies. Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams. Support outlet expansion plans and market penetration initiatives.
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage marketing, sales, digital marketing, CRM, and customer service teams. Set team objectives, monitor performance, and drive accountability. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Identify training needs and support employee development initiatives.
Reporting & Management Support:
Prepare and present weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports. Monitor key business metrics, campaign effectiveness, and sales forecasts. Provide strategic recommendations and actionable insights to senior management. Support management with business planning, budgeting, and growth initiatives.
