∎ B.Sc Engineering Mechanical or Electrical from any reputed University.
∎ Graduates from DUET, CUET, KUET or RUET will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Boiler Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, Facility maintenance, mechanical maintenance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and supervise Schedule maintenance of process machinery, Utility machinery and QC machinery.
∎ Report Plant head for all sorts technical issues related to Maintenance & utility services.
∎ Analyze problems associated with the process, design, control, flow, range of the plant / machinery and take corrective measures.
∎ Record keeping and technical correspondences related to design, specs, modification & development of new project.
∎ Estimation, Requisition placement and co-ordinate with procurement department for the required materials.
∎ Submit annual budget for Maintenance Dept.
∎ Evaluate performance of employees under Maintenance Dept. and submit recommendations to plant head.
∎ Co-ordinate with various dept. & ensure smooth operation of plant.
∎ Supervision of erection, commissioning of machinery.
∎ Can forecast spare part planning to achieve maximum output of machines and to reduce breakdown timing.
∎ Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
∎ Exchange views with local / expatriate consultants to solve different problems.
∎ Prepare & submit weekly / monthly report on preventive maintenance, emergency / breakdown maintenance, overhauling & other stoppage time for the plant & machinery.
∎ Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment. Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
∎ Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in maintenance & utility in any Garments industry.
∎ Should have leadership quality.
Salary: Negotiable
