∎ Proven track record in developing and implementing successful deposit strategies.
∎ Strong understanding of financial markets, interest rate risk management, and regulatory requirements.
∎ Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Excellent and effective relationship with Government Organizations, NGOs and Large Corporates both Local and MNCs.
∎ Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.

∎ Oversee the daily operations of the Liability Management Team, ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Monitor and analyze market trends, interest rates, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to align deposit strategies with overall business objectives and financial goals.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
∎ Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team within the division.

∎ As a Head of Liability Division will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the company’s deposit mobilization strategy. This senior leadership position requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in deposit management and financial markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of deposit mobilization, developing strategies to optimize deposit growth, and managing key relationships with clients and stakeholders.
