• Minimum from any graduation/post-graduation reputed public/private University (No 3rd division/class)

• 1 to 5 years

• Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.

• 01 to 05 years' experience in the same field. Bankers are also strongly encouraged to apply

• Achieve set target of deposit & CMSME loan.

• Identify and implement cross functional sale opportunities.

• Ensure customer services as per standard of PFIL.

• Survey markets to identify business opportunities (Deposits and CMSME loans).

• Reach out to deposit & CMSME clients - new deposit and loans prospects and maintain existing customers to off deposit products tailored to their needs.

• Assess credit-worthiness of potential CMSME borrowers and process loan application.

• Maintain and manage relationships with deposit & CMSME customers and other stakeholders, ensuring good customer service and support.

• Meet individual sales and collection targets (e.g. deposit mobilization, loan disbursement, repayments, etc.) as assigned by the PFIL.

• Ensure service quality and compliance with NBFI policies, documentation requirements, and regulatory guidelines when dealing with liability & CMSME clients.

• You must be able to extensive field work, including visiting clients anywhere in Bangladesh.
