Educational Requirements:
∎ Must be LL.B / LL.M degree from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge about different sector of law especially money-suit.
∎ Ability to work independently & in a professional manner
∎ Providing legal opinion on different issues dealing with the Cases
∎ Capability to prepare Deed agreement , reminder legal letters etc
∎ Prepare legal documents , sending Case updates to the superiors through
∎ E-mail time to time and other related works as regard.
∎ To be performed any other tasks as per assigned by the management time to time.
∎ Will look after the proceeding case of the company.
∎ Vetting and case related drafting on various contract and others
∎ The applicants should have experience in the field of Legal Compliance

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have 10 years' job experience and 05 years' as Head of Legal in life insurance companies.
∎ Must have Enrollment as an advocate in Bangladesh Bar Council.
∎ Preference will be given to those who have Life Insurance experience
∎ Hard working, proactive & ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have knowledge in Computer literacy.

Salary: Negotiable
