Job Context:
∎ Application from eligible candidates who has minimum 15 to 18 years experience with similar job (Land Procurement) in similar industry (Real Estate).
∎ This is full time permanent post and must be able to perform the given job responsibilities.
∎ Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for that post.
∎ Applicants must fulfill the selection criteria.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for land acquisition for joint venture project in prime location of Dhaka City.
∎ Negotiation with land owners and agents, progressing deals, conditional contracts legally and technically to project acquisition.
∎ Responsible for land visit, survey, feasibility calculation & proposal preparation.
∎ Responsible for checking land papers, conduct external legal vetting and documentation.
∎ Responsible to prepare Deed of Agreement (DOA) & Power of Attorney (POA).
∎ Responsible for budget preparation for new land acquisition & existing land owner's payment.
∎ Responsible to coordinate land survey, soil test, architectural design, project takeover, etc,
∎ Responsible for market survey & competitors' activities analysis.
∎ Must be capable to achieve the company's land procurement targets.
∎ Identify and establish contact with potential and existing land owners.
∎ To collect prospective land information through different source and ensure feasibility with proper market survey.
∎ The incumbent make projections with assessed potential profitability based on population growth, traffic patterns, local taxes and other factors.
∎ To communicate with the potential landowner and arrange meeting with the Management.
∎ To participate any other activities when required as part of Management.

∎ Age 40 to 45 years
