∎ Proven experience. Strong background in managing IT teams and implementing projects.
∎ Project management. Expertise in decision-making and coordinating complex initiatives.
∎ Communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
∎ Technical knowledge. Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networks, operating systems, and cloud solutions.
∎ Problem-solving skills. Address technical challenges and manage system updates effectively.
∎ Relevant certifications. ITIL, CompTIA Security+, or PMP credentials are a plus.
∎ Cybersecurity expertise. Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and security best practices.
∎ Ability to manage multiple factories or units under one group.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ability to manage and support cloud based or network colocation environments.
∎ Manage onsite hardware, telephony systems and large remote workforce.
∎ Leads highly visible, complex project, programs or solutions that are critical to the business.
∎ Ownership of the IT Roadmap and Strategy.
∎ Managing/Architecting and expansion of the corporate network to offices around the world.
∎ Ensuring the security of the corporate environment.
∎ Technical resource monitoring systems.
∎ Must be able to motivate and inspire team to deliver high level of customer service.
∎ Ability to provide 24/7/365 network and business application infrastructure and ensure disaster recovery in addition to business continuity.
∎ Team leader and member, effective team builder and outstanding decision making and problem solving skills.
∎ Strong understanding of full life cycle of corporate application system development and long term maintenance.
∎ Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, telephones, software applications, peripheral , security solutions, network hardware and equipment.
∎ Manage financial aspects of the IT Division, including purchasing, budgeting, and budget review.
∎ Liaising and managing all existing vendor and business partner relationships and development of new relationships where needed.
∎ Review of all contracts and support agreements ensuring a thorough understanding of all services being provided and ensuring compliance with all internal policies.
∎ Taking responsibility for 99.9% uptime of all business application systems, networks and ensuring they are maintained and routinely backed up in accordance with company retention policies.
∎ Collaborates with Information Technology (IT) Strategy and Planning leadership on the development of the IT strategic plan.
∎ Builds and maintains strong partnership with strategic technology providers.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
