Share Brokerage/ Securities House
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, develop network infrstructure and ensure smooth connectivity and maintenance as and when required.
∎ Work with ERP systems users and management to determine appropriate system configuration and setup.
∎ Monitoring and ensure day to day IT operation is running smoothly
∎ Identifying internal and external information security risks and threats; performing risk assessments and cost benefit analysis to determine appropriate level of security measures for monitoring IT systems and other document processing systems.
∎ Ensure CCTV Camera and DVR monitoring and administration and prepare report monthly as per requirements.
∎ Manage development team using leadership style, facilitating discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
∎ Ensure back office maintenace service.
∎ Ensure online client support and client service (via Email and SMS)
∎ Overseeing company websites, domain control panel and hosting panel server including administration.
∎ Creating educational and awareness programs and advising all levels in the organization on security issues, best practices, and vulnerabilities
∎ Build strong relations with team members, business stakeholders, and clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Solid operational knowledge especially IT of a securities house
∎ Experience in the Information Security/Systems along with Application/Software as well as Network/Infrastructure Security and strong Security, Network, System Administration required (Experience in financial instituion is highly preferred)
∎ The candidate must be familiar with security principals and concepts such as authentication/security protocols and OS security model, knowledge of cryptographic and public key infrastructure along with protocols is desirable.
