Head of International Division
The Head of International Division will lead our global banking strategy, driving growth across international markets and managing the bank's operations abroad. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop new business opportunities, manage complex international relationships, and navigate cross-border regulatory challenges.
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh (as per organizational requirement)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the bank’s international growth strategy, focusing on key global markets.
- Oversee all international operations, including cross-border lending, corporate banking, trade finance, and foreign exchange services.
- Drive the bank’s international expansion efforts by identifying new business opportunities and managing the entry into new markets.
- Develop and manage relationships with key global partners, regulators, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage international regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to both local and international banking laws and regulations.
- Lead a high-performance team of regional heads, ensuring consistent performance and alignment with global objectives.
- Develop and implement global marketing strategies for international products and services.
- Monitor geopolitical and economic developments, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align international strategies with corporate objectives and growth plans.
- Champion the integration of digital banking and fintech solutions in international markets.
