• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics
• Master of Arts (MA) in Economics
• Masters degree in any discipline

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are desirable.
• Master degree in any discipline preferably in Business Discipline from a reputed university having no Third Class/ Division/ Equivalent GPA/CGPA in the Academic records.

• At least 5 years

• 5+ years of experience in foreign exchange, money markets, or corporate trading, with a proven ability to execute complex transactions.
• Strong knowledge of foreign exchange markets, hedging strategies, and financial instruments.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with corporate clients.
• Ability to analyze market data and provide actionable insights to clients.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and risk management practices.

Corporate Dealer (Under Treasury Division)

The Corporate Dealer will manage the bank’s corporate trading activities, executing foreign exchange and other financial transactions on behalf of corporate clients. This role will also involve market analysis, client relationship management, and ensuring compliance with trading regulations.

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh (as per organizational requirement)

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute foreign exchange and money market transactions for corporate clients, including hedging, trading, and risk management solutions.
• Provide clients with timely market insights, currency forecasts, and tailored trading strategies.
• Manage the bank’s corporate trading book, ensuring alignment with the bank’s overall risk management strategy.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their unique financial needs.
• Collaborate with the Treasury team to manage the bank’s liquidity and risk exposure.
• Monitor market trends, economic developments, and geopolitical events, providing insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including transaction reporting and risk mitigation.
• Contribute to the development of new treasury products and services to meet client needs.
• Monitor trading performance, conducting post-trade analysis to optimize future transactions.
