∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance, MIS

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 16 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Farming, Food (Packaged)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Periodic risk assessment, develop audit plan, execution and submission of audit reports to Audit Committee.
∎ Lead audit team in all areas of planning, execution and reporting.
∎ Ensure highest level of audit standards.
∎ Conduct audits and identify areas of weakness, non-compliance and recommend practical solutions by adopting best practices.
∎ Pro-actively and promptly inform senior management on risks or exposures requiring prompt attention.
∎ Develop and conduct compliance models.
∎ Ensure completion of annual audits and random/spot checks.
∎ Develop and use system tools employing latest IT platforms.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
