Responsibilities & Context:
Full-time career with a leading multinational company in the country producing quality tea and rubber for over 160 years in greater Sylhet region.
- Ensure production of quality tea and rubber in the estates.
- Manage stakeholders (workers and other related in various functions).
- Continuously strive to improve production through efficiency and application of modern methods.
- Maintain competitive edge in the industry.
- Full-time functions and live in estates in Moulvibazar and Habiganj.
