∎ BSc Civil Engineer from a reputed university/college.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the Infrastructure Development Department within the overall structure of Friendship.
∎ Responsible for implementation of all infrastructure development/constructions.
∎ Maintenance of all infrastructures.
∎ Repair of all infrastructures as and when needed.
∎ To lead on all construction aspects of Friendship, providing strategic and professional guidance to the Managers and the relevant staffs.
∎ Develop construction work plan and strategy to make the project complete on time with the desired quality.
∎ Liaising with other construction professionals such as architects, engineers, contractors, estimators and surveyors before and during construction work.
∎ Overseeing the running of all the projects under construction and assist in resolving all day to day problems which may need extensive visit at different sites.
∎ Maintenance of all infrastructures of Friendship.
∎ Bring into notice of management and undertake repair work immediately for damaged structures.
∎ Technical support to other sectors and departments as and when needed.
∎ Develop strategic planning by ensuring that the departmental goals are aligned with the organization’s goals.
∎ Monitor staff performance and development goals, assign accountabilities, set objectives, establish priorities, conduct annual performance appraisals etc.
∎ Report to COO for all departmental activities and obtain necessary instructions.
∎ Be prepared to undertake any additional responsibility entrusted by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ High physical endurance to undertake assignments at hard to reach areas.
