Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Leading the ICT team members to identify and analyze existing business process, procedures and practice for design, up-gradation and maintenance of all operations and activities related to Software Solutions, Network and Communication Infrastructure and Data Center, DR Site for ensuring acceptable quality and integrity of the system.
∎ Working experience related to CBS (functional & technical consultancy/ operations).
∎ Expert in Mobile Apps Development/Digital Financial Solutions, Short Code implementation, Website Development, Call Center development, Dashboard & Chat BOT development.
∎ Supervise software, network, communication and hardware operation and their maintenance.
∎ Liaison with different Divisional Heads and Branch Managers to fulfill their expectations and discuss the risk benefits being associated with ICT Products and Services.
∎ Developing project plans, methodologies, techniques and documentation to estimate cost resources using project management principles.
∎ Designing and development of Company’s Information Security Policy, ICT Audit Policy, Business Continuity Policy, Disaster Recover Policy, Software up-gradation Policy and conducting ICT Operational and awareness training.
∎ Development of Various MIS reports to make decision making process easier and efficient for Senior Management of the Company.
