Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to point up maximum efficiency using IE method/tools.
∎ Set up every day's standard input ratio & create sensitivity to workers about new methods systematically in respect of garment manufacturing.
∎ Identify & eliminate bottlenecks that delay production associated schedules to meet the ultimate standard and initiate simplification in the overall production process.
∎ Ensure Proper Method & Time Study
∎ Ensure Proper line balancing & confirm daily line-wise production target.
∎ Order status monitoring & regularly scheduled meeting with merchandising, marketing & Production people to achieve production target as per order planning
∎ Ensure accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on-time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower
∎ Managing, motivating and leading all IE Officers to achieve production goal.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having experience in the Lingerie garments industry will get preference.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, mail communication, Auto CAD, and internet use is a must.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills in English.
∎ Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
