∎ Age at least 38 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The incumbent ensure technical analysis of garments/styles is conducted in order to identify most ideal operational breakdown.
∎ Identify NVA operations which improves SMV.
∎ Analyze current manufacturing practices and offers innovations which reduces SMV/simplifies operations, improves quality and reduces cost.
∎ Manage production schedules and coordinate services to maximize productivity.
∎ Enforce quality control to reduce waste.
∎ Ensure the team is able to prepare line-balancing layout as well as sharing the same with production team before start the production.
∎ Lead the IE team of the factory in order to enhance skill according to the operational needs.
∎ Prepare machine plan in advance to ensure required skills and machines are available before started any new style/ operation.
∎ Take responsibility of rapid changeover of orders and ensure target productivity is achieved at minimal time.
∎ Prepare worker skill matrix for the factory and ensure all recruitments are maintaining the same.
∎ Lead IE team in order to improve worker’s skill upgradation (skill development program, helper to operator program etc) in order to achieve higher efficiency. Lead in various analysis/study in order to implement simplified/optimized methods which reflects on SMV reduction.
∎ Review team/individual’s KPIs in order to achieve department goals.
∎ Participate in periodical meeting with marketing and production team in order to grasp idea about upcoming orders and prepare skill set requirement as well as machine requirement for smooth production.
