Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh (as per organizational requirement)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop long term workforce planning aligned with strategic business priorities.
- Drive leadership succession programs and high potentials pipeline.
- Design and roll out HR technology, such as HRIS and employee self service portals.
- Lead employer branding, talent acquisition campaigns, and campus outreach initiatives.
- Oversee employee engagement programs—including surveys, town halls, and recognition schemes.
- Guide compensation benchmarking, reward structures, and performance link pay frameworks.
- Ensure labor law compliance, workplace safety & regulatory reporting.
- Coach executives on leadership development, performance culture, change leadership.
- Leverage HR analytics for attrition analysis, headcount planning & predictive workforce modeling.
- Serve as senior advisor across executive committees on organizational design, restructuring and transformation.
