Head of Human Resources Division (HRD)

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh (as per organizational requirement)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop long term workforce planning aligned with strategic business priorities.
  • Drive leadership succession programs and high potentials pipeline.
  • Design and roll out HR technology, such as HRIS and employee self service portals.
  • Lead employer branding, talent acquisition campaigns, and campus outreach initiatives.
  • Oversee employee engagement programs—including surveys, town halls, and recognition schemes.
  • Guide compensation benchmarking, reward structures, and performance link pay frameworks.
  • Ensure labor law compliance, workplace safety & regulatory reporting.
  • Coach executives on leadership development, performance culture, change leadership.
  • Leverage HR analytics for attrition analysis, headcount planning & predictive workforce modeling.
  • Serve as senior advisor across executive committees on organizational design, restructuring and transformation.
