Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Centrally Follow up all concern HR & Administration part and visit when necessary.
∎ Manpower planning, recruitment, selection, training, placement, follow-up & confirmation, developments etc.
∎ Policy Formulation & Maintaining Employee Relationship
∎ Planning the Employee Performance Improvement
∎ New Candidate recruitment & selection process from Job advertisement, Shortlisting of CV's, interview arranging, joining, placement & orientation
∎ Ensure appointment letter and service bond for new employee
∎ Cross check daily employee attendance and prepare monthly employee attendance reports for assist prepare salary sheet
∎ Maintain office cleaning, office repair and maintenance issues and relate works
∎ Follow up all employee activities
∎ Prepare different type of notice
∎ Preparing various reports on HR & Administrative works
∎ Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staffs etc. on administrative issues
∎ Responsible for arrange monthly meeting, Training & development
∎ Maintain safety & security, health-hygiene, environmental issues with professionalism
∎ Managing Different types of benefits issues (Like- health insurance, vacation, Eid or yearly benefits bonus, increments)
∎ Coordination and management of various administrative issues
∎ Cross check different types of bill, memo, voucher, requisitions and leave applications
∎ Ensure employee wise leave records and others activities records
∎ End of the day HR all activities submit to managements
