• Only Footwear experienced person will get preference.
• Ability to work under pressure & Lead a large team effectively.
• Excellent leadership, Communication & Problem Solving Skills.

• Lead & oversee the entire footwear operations process.

• Manage and monitor footwear inventory levels to ensure availability and avoid stock outs.

• Maintain quality control standards by conducting regular inspections and audits of footwear products.

• Ensure product quality, cost efficiency & timely delivery.

• Develop & implement strategies to increase productivity & reduce wastage.

• Coordinate with design, procurement & marketing teams to meet market demands.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for product development.

• Monitoring workforce performance & provide training & guidance.

• Maintain strong communication with local & international buyers.

• Regularly visiting various shoe factories & placing orders for high quality shoes & receiving the ordered shoes on time.

• Prepare and present reports on inventory levels, sales performance, and quality metrics to management.

• Any other task assigned by Management.
