Responsibilities & Context:
Lead & oversee the entire footwear operations process.
Manage and monitor footwear inventory levels to ensure availability and avoid stock outs.
Maintain quality control standards by conducting regular inspections and audits of footwear products.
Ensure product quality, cost efficiency & timely delivery.
Develop & implement strategies to increase productivity & reduce wastage.
Coordinate with design, procurement & marketing teams to meet market demands.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for product development.
Monitoring workforce performance & provide training & guidance.
Maintain strong communication with local & international buyers.
Regularly visiting various shoe factories & placing orders for high quality shoes & receiving the ordered shoes on time.
Prepare and present reports on inventory levels, sales performance, and quality metrics to management.
Any other task assigned by Management.
