Experience:
A master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline is required; a professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CMA) is highly preferred.
At least 15 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles, and statutory legislation and regulations is essential.
Proven experience in financial planning and analysis required, along with a strong track record of overseeing finance, accounting, budgeting, internal controls, and financial reporting.

There is a vacancy for the following contractual position based at LAMB Hospital under the Finance Department, Parbatipur, Dinajpur.
Job Summary: Manage, oversee, and perform duties related to the Financial and Accounting aspects for the Organization. Maintain and provide financial data and information about all organizational activities that will assist Management, the Board and other users in making decisions. Accountable for leading the Finance Team in managing the organization’s financial and accounting policies, systems and processes, tax and regulatory requirements, payroll systems and processes and controls, as well as producing and maintaining the annual budget. Provide leadership and coaching to the Finance Team.
Overall Organization Management/Responsibilities
Working with Finance Manager for all departments coordination on financial related matters.
Working with Finance Manager for all banking and fixed deposit reserves related matters – monitoring changes and trends of exchange rate.
LAMB assets management both departmental and projects ( especially asset donation/transfer from project to LAMB )
Working with Internal Auditor with regards to internal audits corrective actions.
Provide training to all departmental and projects finance personnel on financial policies and other financial management related matters, working together with Senior Finance Manager and Finance Manager.
Working on budgeting and budget revision with all the Directors.
Working with Project Director, HR Director, Executive Director and Regional Finance Director to fulfill requirement for Organization Assessment as needed and required by donors and/or partners.
Working together with Project Director and/or Senior Finance Manager for tracking of donors’ fund received and advances/loans for project fund.
Working with Regional Finance Director for particular project assigned and any other related matters.
Salary: Tk. 75,000 per month (gross) but negotiable based on experience. Other benefits include medical, provident fund, a festival allowance (100% of basic salary) once per year and critical illness & death benefit.
