• 8+ years in finance, including a senior or controller role

• Experience in payments, banking or financial services strongly preferred

• Strong command of reconciliation, financial controls and reporting

About Paperless

Paperless Ltd is a licensed Payment System Operator (PSO) in Bangladesh, operating a live payment gateway that helps merchants accept digital payments securely. Under new ownership, we are building a strong in-house leadership team to scale our operations and deliver reliable, compliant payment services across the country.

The role

We are looking for a Head of Finance to own finance, treasury and settlement control for our payment gateway safeguarding merchant funds, maintaining tight reconciliation, and keeping the company financially sound and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Trust & Settlement Account and daily merchant-liability reconciliation

• Oversee banking relationships, cash flow and treasury

• Own accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and internal controls

• Manage tax compliance (corporate tax, VAT/BIN, withholding)

• Coordinate the statutory audit and regulatory financial returns

• Safeguard against settlement shortfalls and financial risk

Remuneration
