Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, implement and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress and effective return
∎ Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the factory operations to maximize output and minimize costs
∎ Plan production , material requirement, consumption and SPC (statistical production control) and also plan to deliver the finished goods on time that factory operations run smoothly
∎ Direct and control factory warehouse, crush management and factory's asset management
∎ Direct and monitor machine maintenance, equipment use to minimize unforeseen problem and reduce breakdown time to increase productivity
∎ Control quality standards and enforce quality-control programs, uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed

∎ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites and Oracle-ERP
