∎ B.Sc Engineering in Chemical/ EEE / IPE / Mechanical

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, developing and implementing different policies to add value to achieve business objective.
∎ Achieve targeted outcome in a cost effective manner with strong monitoring and supervision as well as collaboration with all the departments.
∎ Ensure a positive & cooperative working environment.
∎ Maintain factory premises in accordance with EPZ compliance standards.
∎ Prepare necessary report with detail analysis to contribute in decision making and goal setting.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office Applications is a must.
∎ The incumbent must be hard working with the capability of preparing production plans, supervising, guiding, monitoring and controlling all the activities of production, quality control and delivery of the finished goods.
∎ Experience in metal production will get preference.
