∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ > Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day Factory operations.
∎ > Learn and understand two wheelers service lineups and machineries, tools, equipment.
∎ > Manage all equipment with preventative maintenance activities required at a certain interval.
∎ > Perform emergency service on various types of motorbikes, including mechanical and electrical identify and replace worn or damaged parts in a timely manner.
∎ > Inspecting machineries and equipment regularly for service & repair and fault detections.
∎ > Ensure co-operational efficiency and productivity & quality control process.
∎ > Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance and service for each piece of equipment.
∎ > Carry out repairs as per workshop manual in accordance with the warranty requirements
∎ > Observing existing strategies and techniques and offering suggestions for improvement.
∎ > Able to lead and work under pressure as a part of team.
∎ > Negotiation capacity before costing of service.
∎ > Regularly reporting progress on each work and quickly communicating delays or concerns with the Higher authority
∎ > Any other tasks as directed by Management.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
