Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Factory (Kaliganj)
∎ Navana Engineering Limited (NEL) is one of the most advanced Plastics, uPVC Pipe & Fittings Manufacturing and Trading Company in Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing & supervising all aspects of the Production, Technical Issues, Quality, Store and Compliance in the factory.
∎ To ensure an achievement of company's financial objectives through planning, directing, controlling, implementing, evaluating, monitoring and forecasting as need to meet the production target.
∎ Develop long term factory operational plan, Introduction of new operational system, product mix changed and Develop of new product & process.
∎ Preparing production planning (Manpower, Machine and Model) and delivery schedule for timely delivery and monitor the same.
∎ Preparing MPS (Master Production Schedule), MRP (Materials Requirement Planning), SPC (Statistical Production Control) and implementing the same.
∎ To analyze work performance based on MC efficiency, MC to man ratio and plans for continues improvement.
∎ Supervising quality standards and enforcing quality-control programs.
∎ Responsible about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement related to production.
∎ Determine, manage and control manpower and material resources requirement to meet production targets.
∎ Conduct feasibility study for potential new project & Cost analysis.
∎ Ensure implementation and adherence to health, safety and security of production area and factory compound.
∎ Create an organizational culture to maintain the code of conducts, Social compliance, ISO Standard and others whenever necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 37 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum experience of 15+ years of factory management in areas of manufacturing (plastic & pipe fittings/ polymer industries).
∎ Knowledge on modern production tools and techniques.
∎ Knowledge on Quality Assurances system.
∎ Well conversant with Oracle-ERP (EBS) software.
∎ Problem solving skills, time management, conflict management, leadership skill and reporting skill.
∎ Ability to plan and undertake multi-tasks effectively.
∎ Good presentation and facilitation skills.
∎ Must be a good strategic planner and implementer.
Salary: Negotiable
