∎ Computer literacy is a must. Good knowledge in Ms Word, Ms Excel, PowerPoint, net browsing, etc.
∎ Hardworking, honest, energetic and polite in manners with positive personality.
∎ Excellent communication skill & leadership.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Paragon Group is one of the largest business conglomerates in the country; looking for dynamic, dedicated, honest and hard working professional individual for its FMCG Manufacturing Factories, located at Ashulia, Savar.
∎ Candidates having required experience in FMCG Manufacturing Factories are highly encouraged to apply immediately. Candidates who do not have experience in FMCG Manufacturing sector, requested not to apply.
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Handling overall operations of FMCG Manufacturing Factories.
∎ Review and develop process, policy & strategy of production, QC and related function.
∎ Handling total production with efficient planning and delivery.
∎ Handling factory HR, Admin, Compliance, Accounts, Inventory, Delivery & other concern department.
∎ Handling QA & QC and customer feedback.
∎ Trouble shooting and train up the employees.
∎ Maintain liaison with concern Division/Department of Head Office.
∎ Monitoring ISO and related certification audit.
∎ Dealing with regulatory documentation.
∎ Submit required reports to the Management.
∎ Supervise ongoing and upcoming extension projects of similar business.
∎ Any other assignment given by superior/Management.
