Educational Requirements:
∎ At least B.Sc in CSE.
∎ Must have the knowledge on relevant programming languages.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PMP,Prince2
∎ Skills Required: Problem Solving, Working with Deadlines
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain complete authority over the ERP initiative to meet the business needs.
∎ To prepare Project Plan, Budget and Timeline and maintain properly.
∎ To provide coaching and leadership to the project team.
∎ Regularly work with senior leadership to implement change management, project planning, resource allocation, steering committee leadership, and team organization.
∎ Maintain close coordination with business stakeholders and ensure functionalities are delivered by ERP Software vendor, meeting all the user requirements.
∎ Negotiate and get maximum output from software vendor.
∎ Control project scope and risk management.
∎ To manage enterprise technical architecture.
∎ To communicate project needs regularly and effectively to the project team as well as to the Project Manager of the software vendor.
∎ To keep all required Departments and Executives up-to-date on all stages
∎ Prepare and maintain all project related documentation.
∎ Prepare and present project update to the Steering Committee.
∎ Keep record of Project Cost and share at Steering Committee meeting.
∎ Escalate urgent and critical issues to the Management and Steering Committee as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have experience in Enterprise Software development and implementation.
∎ Must have successfully completed at least one end-to-end ERP (Oracle/SAP/MS-Dynamics) implementation experience.
∎ Strong understanding of business process and process re-engineering.
∎ Knowledge in manufacturing Group of Companies shall be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Practical experience with MS Project.
