Additional Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any reputed engineering university of Bangladesh.Minimum CGPA 2.50/4.00.
∎ More than 15 years of experience in construction & construction management. Candidates having at least three years of work experience in banks shall have an advantage.Candidates with project management experience will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Should have sound knowledge on structural design and leadership capability to be a team leader.
∎ Good understanding of rate analysis and adequate knowledge on various construction & interior decoration materials and market trends.
∎ Experience in vendor management & vendor evaluation.
∎ Fluency in Auto CAD operations for preparing layout plans.
∎ Site visit as & when requires anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Maintain coordination with all related stake holders.
∎ Must be able to take project ownership & project coordination.
∎ Inspection of Electrical, Electromechanical works & Civil construction.
∎ Supervise contractors/ subcontractors for various Electrical, Electromechanical & Civil works
∎ .Approve & check all Electrical Electromechanical related bills, BOQ & Test reports.
∎ Preparing specifications for purchases of electro-mechanical equipment and materials.
∎ Supervising or training project team members.
∎ Resolve operational problems related to projects and minimize delays or unexpected cost increases.
∎ Ensure all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements are observed for all work completed
