• Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrably successful experience in road, bridge, culvert construction, and maintenance work.
• Proven experience in supervising and leading construction and maintenance crews.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality control procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).

Penta Engineering Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced ‘Head of Engineering (Civil)’ to join our team and play a key supervisory role in various construction and maintenance projects.

• Overseeing road, bridge, and culvert construction projects, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety regulations.

• Leading and supervising maintenance crews for roads and highways, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.

• Providing technical expertise and guidance for the construction of civil infrastructure projects, such as bridge toll plaza etc.

• Preparing and reviewing technical documents related to construction and maintenance activities.

• Collaborating with other engineers, contractors, and government agencies to ensure project success.
