About the Role:
We are searching for highly motivated BIM Modeler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate and coordinated 3D BIM models for construction projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the BIM model meets all project requirements.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain BIM models using Revit (or other BIM software)
Collaborate with design teams to integrate architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) elements
Create detailed construction documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications
Conduct clash detection and coordinate the resolution of identified issues
Stay up-to-date on the latest BIM technologies and best practices
