Bachelor`s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrably successful experience in road, bridge, culvert construction, and maintenance work.
Proven experience in supervising and leading construction and maintenance crews.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality control procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in relevant engineering software and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
Responsibilities & Context:
Penta Engineering Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced ‘Civil Engineer’ to join our team and play a key supervisory role in various construction and maintenance projects.
Overseeing road, bridge, and culvert construction projects, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
Leading and supervising maintenance crews for roads and highways, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
Providing technical expertise and guidance for the construction of civil infrastructure projects, such as bridge toll plaza etc.
Preparing and reviewing technical documents related to construction and maintenance activities.
Collaborating with other engineers, contractors, and government agencies to ensure project success.
