∎ At least 10 year(s)

Dyeing/ Washing, Fabric Manufacturing, Fabrics
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all employees under Dyeing Factory
∎ Plan & coordinate Group's own garment fabric requirement & provide good quality fabrics & meet delivery date targets.
∎ Candidate should have enough experience for dyeing woven fabrics & Knit fabrics.
∎ Handle & be responsible for min 40 tons of dyeing per day.
∎ Meet leading buyer's quality & testing standards.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of man and machine;
∎ Prepare weekly NPT (Non-Productive Time) report as well as ensure NPT reduction at a constant rate;
∎ Review skill-level of operators on monthly basis and ensure corrective action to train potential workers;
∎ Prepare reconciliation report for each order;
∎ Co-ordinate with Merchandising & other concern departments for on time shipment
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 42 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 Years dyeing related managerial experience in reputed factory in Knit and woven Textile Factory
∎ Understanding of quality requirements of leading buyers with knowledge on all testing methods, fabric inspection & quality management systems
∎ In-depth knowledge of grey knitting, dyeing & finishing.
∎ Must have computer skills.
∎ Strong writing and verbal communication skill in English.
∎ Strong lab experience will be given preference
∎ Must be able to work independently and take certain decision
∎ Must have experience to work with major buyers
