• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Textile Technology from a recognized university

• Minimum 20-25 years of solid experience in dyeing & finishing in a large-scale knit composite factory

• Proven leadership in managing large teams and multi-shift operations

• Extensive knowledge of all dyeing techniques - cotton, polyester, blends, reactive, disperse, etc.

• Strong experience in handling modern dyeing machines and auto dosing systems

• Deep understanding of chemical applications, recipes, and process safety

• Must be experienced in cost control, inventory planning, and productivity optimization

• Capable of preparing and presenting technical and management reports

• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and decision-making skills

• Proficient in data analysis and operational reporting

• Excellent communication with internal teams and international buyers

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire Dyeing & Finishing Division Planning, and Execution. Fabric R&D, Dyeing, Finishing, Production

• Ensure smooth daily operations with a strong focus on Right First Time (RFT), on-time delivery, and buyer satisfaction.

• Supervise and guide teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and operational issues.

• Plan and manage production schedules based on priorities, shipment deadlines, and resource availability.

• Exercise full budgetary control over dyeing operations cost analysis, chemical consumption, machine utilization.

• Implement cost-efficient strategies to reduce wastage and improve resource optimization.

• Oversee a wide range of dyeing machinery (e.g., Soft Flow, Jet, Overflow, Winch, etc.) and ensure optimal performance.

• Apply expert knowledge in dyes and chemicals across diverse fabric types and finishing processes.

• Monitor and manage ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) to meet environmental and compliance standards.

• Maintain regular reporting to top management with KPIs, process analysis, and strategic recommendations.

• Build and nurture a high-performance team culture, driving accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Coordinate with buyers and QA teams for lab dips, test results, and quality approvals.
