Experience:
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Textile Technology from a recognized university
Minimum 20-25 years of solid experience in dyeing & finishing in a large-scale knit composite factory
Proven leadership in managing large teams and multi-shift operations
Extensive knowledge of all dyeing techniques - cotton, polyester, blends, reactive, disperse, etc.
Strong experience in handling modern dyeing machines and auto dosing systems
Deep understanding of chemical applications, recipes, and process safety
Must be experienced in cost control, inventory planning, and productivity optimization
Capable of preparing and presenting technical and management reports
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Proficient in data analysis and operational reporting
Excellent communication with internal teams and international buyers

Job Responsibilities:
Lead the entire Dyeing & Finishing Division Planning, and Execution. Fabric R&D, Dyeing, Finishing, Production
Ensure smooth daily operations with a strong focus on Right First Time (RFT), on-time delivery, and buyer satisfaction.
Supervise and guide teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and operational issues.
Plan and manage production schedules based on priorities, shipment deadlines, and resource availability.
Exercise full budgetary control over dyeing operations cost analysis, chemical consumption, machine utilization.
Implement cost-efficient strategies to reduce wastage and improve resource optimization.
Oversee a wide range of dyeing machinery (e.g., Soft Flow, Jet, Overflow, Winch, etc.) and ensure optimal performance.
Apply expert knowledge in dyes and chemicals across diverse fabric types and finishing processes.
Monitor and manage ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) to meet environmental and compliance standards.
Maintain regular reporting to top management with KPIs, process analysis, and strategic recommendations.
Build and nurture a high-performance team culture, driving accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with buyers and QA teams for lab dips, test results, and quality approvals.
