Responsibilities & Context:
Define and execute the group-wide digital transformation and connectivity strategy.
Develop and manage robust enterprise networks, IT infrastructure, and connectivity systems.
Establish data governance, quality, and security standards across the organization.
Drive automation, AI, and technology-enabled process improvements.
Lead innovation initiatives to introduce new technologies and digital solutions.
Collaborate with SBUs and functional leaders to implement digital initiatives aligned with business goals.
Oversee technology vendors, system integrators, and service providers for SLA compliance.
Monitor KPIs, track project milestones, and ensure timely delivery of digital projects.
Conduct digital risk assessment, cybersecurity management, and compliance enforcement.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across teams.
Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and MIS for digital performance.
Mentor and build a high-performing digital, connectivity, and data team.
