Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead E-Com & Omni Channel operations.
∎ Monitor all web contents, new product catalog, photography & promo offers for the website.
∎ Plan & design the campaign implementation for E-com/Omni channels.
∎ Monitor digital queries, Lead generation and conversion.
∎ Lead Digital consumer loan for B2C/B2B.
∎ Manage relationships with online partners for affiliated sales.
∎ Oversee the order fulfilment & track customer behavior.
∎ Manage CRM and call center for CXI performance.
∎ Plan and manage new brand aquations and design new lineup for e-com/omni channels.
∎ Monitor key performance indicators(KPI) & take corrective actions as needed.
∎ Overseeing the development of the website to ensure a seamless & enjoyable shopping experience.
∎ Website Development
∎ Fixing Bugs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
