Job Context:
∎ A renowned export oriented Knit composite garments manufacturing company is looking for potential candidate for the position of Head of Design House. The factory is exporting 3.0-3.5 million pieces knit garments in a month.
∎ Job location for the position is at Gazipur, factory office.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Selected candidate will be responsible to establish & maintain a world class Design House with an aim to develop/make useful designs on knit products for attracting the foreign (mostly European/American) buyers. S/he will always ensure that the design studio is furnished with varieties of innovative designed products with a catalog so that buyers can choose/select garments from those designs and place orders regularly.
∎ Candidates who have hands on experience to develop & run a design house successfully are only encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have minimum 05 years of experience on garments design house (on knit products) for renowned buyers.
∎ The candidate should have adequate knowledge on modern/latest international fashion trends and have the ability to make designs accordingly to attract buyers.
∎ The candidate should have effective analytical, communication and presentation skills
