∎ Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
∎ Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement.
∎ Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality finished products.
∎ Train and develop team members to ensure their growth and success.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ At least 12 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
