Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / M.Sc in Computer Science Engineering from a Government or reputed UGC-approved institute.
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication and presentation skills, Information technology, Leadership and interpersonal skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer Engineering, Network Security, Team Leading, Troubleshoot hardware and software.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all technology operations and evaluate them in accordance with established company goals.
∎ Designing and implementing IT policies and systems that support the implementation of upper management's strategic plans.
∎ Understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
∎ Implement and support ERP system with secured user privilege and customized report design as per requirement.
∎ Lead the development, team, and partners to ensure the most robust applications with efficient design and cost optimization.
∎ Work closely with other departments to streamline the company's policies and procedures through the use of cutting-edge technologies.
∎ Identifying the technology needs of all departments by analyzing their business requirements.
∎ Conduct R&D to improve the technological assets & resources of our company.
∎ Analyze and suggest appropriate communication channels and tools for issues within and across departments.
∎ Evaluating technical efficiency regularly and making necessary changes.
∎ Identify technological trends and competitive advantages that can benefit the company.
∎ Establish disaster recovery plans in the event of a breach, also known as disaster recovery policies.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have at least 15 years of working experience as the Team Leader/ Functional Head in a reputed company.
