∎ BBA or MBA from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop customer management, complaint management, quality management strategies and oversees day to day operations and performance of Customer Advocates
∎ Model hiring needs based on volume and other business information
∎ 3rd Party Vendor Planning, hiring and guide responsible person to manage
∎ Develop and execute system-based process improvements that scale
∎ Lead team in exploring opportunity and design of user friendly compliance and document management tools.
∎ Compliance process update or change requirement according to regulatory authority direction
∎ Maintain service quality through internal and external audit
∎ Device complain management process and monitor on daily basis
∎ Maintain Regulatory and LEA requirements within agreed SLA
∎ On job leadership practice for developing internal Team Members & external operational stakeholder team
∎ Ensure operational excellence by coaching & mentoring policies, process & system to internal team
∎ Ensure cross-functional team relationship
∎ Set KPI and motivate team to achieve
∎ Practice People Management skill to develop &motivate people through informal mechanism;
∎ personal communication, appreciation & recognition
∎ Maintain SLA with internal cross functional stakeholders [Commercial, Technical, HR, Finance, Legal & Corporate Affairs]
∎ Align top management on any upcoming developments and suggest ways to handle the situation
∎ Ensure periodic reporting to management
