Responsibilities & Context:
Studio Dhaka is a leading interior design and construction firm dedicated to delivering high-quality design and construction solutions. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Construction to lead and oversee all construction activities, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
Lead and manage the construction department, ensuring timely and high-quality project execution.
Develop and implement construction strategies, policies, and best practices to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure cost control and on-time delivery.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to maintain design integrity and construction feasibility.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements.
Monitor subcontractor performance and vendor selection for materials and services.
Conduct site visits to oversee progress, resolve challenges, and maintain construction standards.
Train, mentor, and manage construction teams to improve productivity and performance.
