Group of Companies, Share Brokerage/ Securities House
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and manage annual broker-dealer testing program to ensure full compliance with all relevant rules and regulations.
∎ Work to help monitor orders, executions, allocations, best execution, trading errors, and more.
∎ Manage employee disclosures of trading activities.
∎ Develop and deliver training and communications on compliance policies and procedures to ensure proper understanding of regulatory related risks and responsibilities.
∎ Ensure internal control & compliance of the organization
∎ Supervising trading & settlement operation
∎ Ensuring compliance of regulatory guidelines and internal policies and reporting to the higher authorities
∎ Ensures processing of the trade transactions and closing of the day
∎ Maintain liaison with regulators and stakeholders of the industry
∎ Ensure all required reports are prepared & submitted properly and timely to the regulatory authorities
∎ Ensure compliance of BSEC, CDBL, DSE, CSE and Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations.
∎ Manage trading compliance properly

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Solid understanding of local laws, DSE/CSE and BSEC Rules & Regulations.
∎ Must be capable of preparing audit plan, organizing and carrying out routine and special internal audits;
∎ Proficient in Excel, Word, PP Presentation.
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Smart & pro-active.
∎ Positive attitude towards others.
∎
