Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and set appropriate strategy for the overall activities of Export and Import section;
∎ Coordinate with all activities of Commercial department (Export, Import, Custom, Bank, Audit section, BGMEA, EPB etc.);
∎ Maintain high level of rapport with the Government Authority of concern Ministry/Department, Local liaison office of buyer, outside parties;
∎ Coordinate with Merchandising, Accounts and Warehouse department for shipment schedule and fund management activities to ensure flawless commercial Operations;
∎ Responsible for prepare & summit monthly, quarterly and annual report to the management for necessary action;
∎ Responsible of monitoring of Invoice in actual and required measure (yards, weight etc.);
∎ Responsible of preparing and collect Master L/C from Bank and Open Back to Back L/C for raw materials procurement for Export;
∎ Responsible for making Invoice, P-List and pass EXP form from Bank to ship out the export consignment and place booking to forwarded accordingly;
∎ Prepare and submit Utilization Declaration from respective authorities which are required to Export goods; Submit & collect GSP certificate form component authorities;
∎ Responsible for renewal of Bond License, Fire License, Group Insurance policy, Annual audit report from customs authorities;
∎ In charge of giving instruction and monitoring to finishing department to move cargo for Export in time;
∎ Responsible for Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Internal Audit of Import & Export particulars and reporting to the Management;
∎ Fully liable for submission of Export documents to local buying house or Buyer’s representative office to get Inspection Certificate;
∎ Liable to prepare and submit monthly commercial presentation to the COO and Director;
∎ Dependable to submit Export documents to Bank for negotiation with buyers bank for bill realization;
∎ Follow up the payment realization & disbursement the funds after getting the payment

∎ • Strong Communication, Rapport building quality are prerequisite for the position;
∎ • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Woven Garments.
∎ • Must be an effective team player with good interpersonal skills.
∎ • Computer literacy is a must exclusively in office package.
