Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Head of Child Rights & Youth Governance, you will be responsible for ensuring technical soundness and consistency of children rights and youth governance in the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Plan Bangladesh programmes and projects.
∎ You will also be responsible for promoting the organization’s profile through networking and influencing in scaling up leadership of young people with key development players in Bangladesh regarding girl’s rights.
∎ The position holder will be required to represent the organization in inter-agency girl’s rights and youth networks, building impactful partnership with government and non-government institutions at national and sub-national levels.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in senior management position especially in the field of child rights in any development organization.
