Bachelor`s or Master’s degree preferably in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 15-18 years’ of experience in reputed commercial banking with at least 10 years’ experience in CARD Division and minimum 5 years’ experience in the position of Head/Deputy Head of Card Division or equivalent position; with a unique blend of professional exposure with Information Technology
Deep understanding of card product management, digital payments, and industry technologies.
Proven track record of driving growth and innovation in cards or payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement new products and guidelines to address the demands of the customer.
Prepare Annual Budget of the Division.
Ensure compliance with Bank’s credit card policy and regulations of Bangladesh Bank.
Develop and implement standards, procedures, and processes for the Cards & Electronic Banking Unit.
To be focused on customer segmentation, portfolio optimization, operational excellence and maximizing product profitability.
Manages the implementation, monitoring, and recommendation of changes to policies and procedures to ensure accountability and Smooth operation of ATM, CDM, POS, Debit Card Systems, Credit Card Systems, Card Production Machines, ATM Switch and other Electronic Banking System.
Co-ordination with related business and operation departments for Card systems & Electronic Banking System operations as well as maintain the Internal Audit and Compliance as well as regulatory requirements.
To monitor the performance of team members including the sales and recovery team and prepare appraisal of the said team.
Maintains inventory of equipment acquisitions, installations, designs, and modifications.
Ensures Service Level Agreements are met with individual banks.
