Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and Motivate a large scale of IT & Software Sales & Marketing team for driving business growth
∎ Working on account management and execution plans with the Relationship Managers.
∎ Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.
∎ Attending meetings with other senior members of the business within and outside of Dhaka as necessary basis.
∎ Attending industry events and conferences to generate new business leads and promotion
∎ Acting as a spokesperson for the organization at sales events and conferences.
∎ Conducting training and development of all members of the Sales Department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ 12-20 years of experience in IT/ Software in Sales & Marketing and Business Development.
∎ Knowledge on Brand Marketing, Product Development.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
